Latcha AI is an AI-powered platform for job interview preparation. The Service allows users to receive real-time assistance during their professional interviews through artificial intelligence.

Article 2 - Access to the Service

The Service is accessible to anyone with Internet access. Access to the Service requires creating a user account and, for certain features, purchasing session credits.

Costs related to Internet access and necessary equipment remain the user's responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms or for any legitimate reason.

Article 3 - Account Creation

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You can register via email or via your Google account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any use of your account is presumed to be by you. In case of unauthorized use, you must inform us immediately.

3.3 Age Requirements

The Service is reserved for persons aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you certify that you are at least 18 years old.

Article 4 - Services Offered

4.1 AI Assistance Sessions

The Service offers real-time AI assistance sessions to help you during job interviews. Sessions are available in multiple durations (10, 30, and 60 minutes).

4.2 Resume Management

You can upload and manage your resumes. PDF processing is done client-side to preserve the confidentiality of your data.

4.3 History and Tracking

The Service maintains a history of your sessions and purchases accessible from your dashboard.

Article 5 - Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

The Service operates on a session credit system. Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes and are available on the Service pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but credits already purchased remain valid under the purchase conditions.

5.2 Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept bank cards compliant with PCI-DSS security standards.

5.3 Billing

An invoice is generated for each purchase and is available in your transaction history.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day period from your purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Exception: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for session credits already used (provision of digital content not provided on a physical medium).

Latcha AI is an assistance tool designed to help you perform during interviews. It is your responsibility to use this tool ethically and in accordance with recruiter expectations and applicable laws.

We disclaim all responsibility in case of inappropriate use or use contrary to professional ethics.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service (texts, images, logos, code, design, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property. Any reproduction, representation, or use without authorization is prohibited.

Use of the Service does not confer any intellectual property rights over the contents and elements of the Service.

Article 10 - Availability and Warranties

10.1 Availability

We strive to ensure maximum Service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

10.2 Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that results will meet your expectations.

AI may make errors. It is your responsibility to verify and validate the suggestions provided.

Article 11 - Limitation of Liability

We cannot be held responsible for:

• Results obtained during your job interviews
• Decisions made by recruiters
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-provided responses
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss due to technical issues
• Inappropriate use of the Service
• Service interruptions for maintenance or force majeure

In any event, our liability is limited to the amount you have actually paid for the Service over the past 12 months.

Article 12 - Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 13 - Suspension and Termination

13.1 By the User

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Account deletion results in the loss of unused credits.

13.2 By Latcha AI

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
• Non-payment
• Harmful behavior towards the Service or other users

Article 14 - Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
